zam's terms of service

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

PAYMENT━━━━━━━━━━━━

— Payment will be through PayPal for international buyers, GCash for filipino buyers only

— I will not start a piece until I get 50%-80% of the payment

— Once I'm done with the sketch, you can't ask for a refund

— I will not send the non-watermarked version of the finished piece until you send the rest of the payment

GENERAL TERMS━━━━━━━━━

— i have the right to deny you my commissions for whatever reasons (too rude, complex order, etc.)

— provide a clear description of your character/s and/or reference sheet

— provide a clear description of what you want me to draw, what pose etc, or send a picture

— what you commissioned from me are for personal use only and not for commercial use!! for commercial use, additional charges will apply

— if you don't want my watermark on the piece, let me know and i'll send you a non-watermarked version of the completed piece for free (only if you paid fully)

PROCESS━━━━━━━━━━━━

— will send you progress of the work at least once or twice a day, i'll keep you updated

— i'll show you a sketch, if you're not satisfied with it i'll make another one for free, the next one will charge you 4$ / 80₽. this only applies for major changes such as different poses, angles, characters etc. minor changes do not apply here

WON'T DRAW━━━━━━━━━━━

— nsfw. revealing clothes are fine as long as the main parts are covered

— any incest or pedophilia relationships

— hate against group of people such as people of colour, lgbtq+, etc.

— anything political

— mechas, furries, any extremely complex character designs (unless this is for emotes)

DO NOT━━━━━━━━━━━━━

— trace my work

— claim it as yours

— edit my work UNLESS granted permission by me

— resell any of my work

Lastly,

You agree that the commissions made by The Artist (@zammlol) will not be put onto or used by any and all past, present and future blockchain-associated technologies, all past, present and future NFT marketplaces, made into NFTs or Cryptocurrencies under ANY AND ALL circumstances at any time. This includes all past, present, and future derivatives, versions, evolutions, of these prior mentioned technologies, selling platforms or trading/investing spaces; This includes public or private websites and/or mobile applications.
The commercial use of personal, individual use labeled commission artwork in any shape or form without the strict written permission by The Artist (@zammlol) is prohibited.
This includes actions performed by means such as a bot or human decision. If it is discovered that a client uses any past, present or future commissioned artwork created by zam (@zammlol) as an NFT or Cryptocurrency in any form whatsoever at any time; The client shall:

— Be banned from using zam's services

— Pay zam (@zammlol) the entire amount earned from NFTs and cryptocurrency sales (using a regulated, government recognised currency; preferably in USD or PHP via PayPal or GCash)

— Have their commission removed by zam's public art hosting services.
